I'll say this: I love the pic itself, however when it comes to UMP, it seems kinda... odd... I mean, why would his clothes change?
The swords idea is original, but seems a little unfitting...

#1: the fan symbol on Sasuke's back is a bit too small in my opinion
#2: Sasuke's legs seem unproportional to the rest of his body.

Well, I kinda like 'Bleach' and I really like this wp.

Well, the character image could be a bit better. The position fits, but her face seems weird (compared to other wallies of her I saw). The background is nicely done though and it fits the anime climate.
